Maintenance Menu

FlashCONNECT File Maintenance

  • User Groups
    Create, modify, or delete groups. Add or remove members from a group.
  • Server Pools
    Create, modify, or delete server pools.
  • Logs
    Create, modify, or delete w3Logs file control records. The underlying w3Logs file is not changed.
  • Users
    Add, delete, or modify FlashCONNECT users.
  • Applications
    Create, modify, or delete access to FlashCONNECT applications.

    Please note: Information about each field on every file maintenance screen is available by clicking on the column headings.

FlashCONNECT Reports

  • Sessions
    Provides information about each completed FlashCONNECT session. Showing the:
    • FlashCONNECT port used
    • Session starting date
    • Session starting time
    • Session duration
    • Client IP address
    • Last host error which occurred (rarely relevant)
    • The application accessed
    • The FlashCONNECT username (if applicable)
  • Concurrent Use
    Reports the number of FlashCONNECT ports being used during various periods. Periods with no usage are not shown. Each FlashCONNECT port is counted only once, so the report provides an estimate of the number of concurrent FlashCONNECT users.
  • Redirection Use
    Reports the number of FlashCONNECT click-throughs. Showing the:
    • FlashCONNECT port used
    • Click-through date and time
    • Client IP address
    • Web page containing the link
    • Destination
    • FlashCONNECT Profile Id
  • Rotating Content
    Reports use of rotating content. Showing the:
    • FlashCONNECT port used
    • Date and time used
    • Client IP address
    • Value used
    • FlashCONNECT Profile Id
  • Line Status
    Reports the current connection status. Showing the:
    • D3 port used
    • date and time used
    • TCP/IP port in use
    • Application being run
    • User name if any
  • Contacts
    Reports the number of active FlashCONNECT sessions during a time period. This report shows the volume of FlashCONNECT traffic. Showing the:
    • Date and time
    • Number of FlashCONNECT sessions
